After a year-long break for Revealing Mind, February comes rolling around once again and that's time for the annual Recommended Solutions party. This is the fifth annual Recommended Solutions and we're shaping it up to be the best ever. Joining us on this adventure is the Solar Sonics crew, with their completely solar-powered sonic blastwave KV2 system, fueling the sound from the sun! Also along for the ride is the Discordian Monkey Tribe, bringing with them their usual entourage of class A1 international guest DJs and live acts.


RASTALIENS LIVE (BooM! Records, Germany)
BRAINCELL LIVE (Glowing Flame Records, Germany)
Ever since their release of the "Unidentified Species" 12" on Hadshot eight years ago, Ralph and Jay, aka Rastaliens, have been making waves in the psychedelic trance scene. Since then they've seen full length releases on both Balloonia and BooM! Records, and releases on labels such as Neurobiotic, Timecode, Digital Psionics, BNE, and many more. Lately they have been releasing on Glowing Flame Records, which has also provided a home for Ralph's side project Braincell, whose full length album on Glowing Flame recieved very positive reviews last year. Ralph and Jay will be performing their first and only outdoor Australian live performance at Symbiance, and Ralph will also perform a Braincell live set.


LUNASPICE LIVE (Sub Machine Records - France)
D-SENS LIVE (Beef Records - France)
Lunaspice and D-Sens are two projects from France's Matthieu Delepau. Mat is well known by many in Sydney from his sets during the 2004/2005 summer, and many will be familiar with his groovy progressive and fat tech tribal sound. With his new project D-Sens, Mat explores a more crunchy, glitchy and deeper sound. Mat will be playing tracks from both projects in his live set.


EDOARDO (Neurobiotic Records - Italy)
Label manager of Neurobiotic Records, considered to be one of the most forward-thinking psychedelic trance labels in the world, and organiser of the Sonica Festival in Italy, one of the top European trance festivals, Edoardo is one of the world's foremost psychedelic trance DJs. 13 years of DJ experience, together with a deep passion for pretty much every genre on the planet, puts Edoardos sets at a level that are unsurpassed at the international level. This will be his first ever outdoor Sydney performance.


LIQUID ROSS (Liquid Records - UK)

One of the UK's most prominent DJs, Liquid Ross is the founder of London's infamous Liquid Connective. Responsible for some of the biggest outdoor gatherings and packing out some of London's biggest clubs, the Liquid Connective are now also responsible for putting on the parties for Twisted Records. In addition to this, the Liquid record label has been making waves with genre-bending releases from the likes of Tron, S-Range, Mood Deluxe and Slackbaba. This is Ross's first visit to Australia.


JOTI SIDHU (Neurobiotic Records - UK)

Joti Sidhu is one of the true pioneers of psychedelic trance. He is no stranger to Sydney, having been here several times and rocking dancefloors memorably every time. His projects such as Ayahusca, Psychaos and under his own name, along with his collaborations (which read like a who's who of psychedelic trance) have been responsible for some truely genre-defining music. Touring Australia in the wake of his new album New Sensations, and having just played the main floor of Rainbow Serpent, this will be Joti's first outdoor set in Sydney.

Remember:

Please dont bring any glass or dogs as there are cattle on the property.
And as there is a TOTAL FIREBAN, fires are not permitted anywhere onsite.

Stuff to Bring:

Plenty of water, sunscreen, protection from the wind and rain and anything
that will make you comfortable. Dont forget to bring garbage bags to clean up after yourself.

Directions from Sydney:

- Take the Freeway north towards Newcastle.
- After approx 113km's, take the Freemans Interchange exit towards Kurri Kurri & Cessnock (Freemans Drive).
- Turn left at top of the exit and follow the road for roughly 3.5km until you come to a roundabout with service stations.
- Do a u-turn and reset your trip meter.
- Drive for 1.9km and turn left into hidden track (very easy to miss!) 20m past yellow road curve warning sign. Track is immediately after the white post right after the yellow sign. If you have reached the top of the small hill about 200m later you have gone too far!
- Follow track for about 700m and you're there!

Directions from Newcastle:

- Head South on the F3 Freeway towards Sydney.
- After approx 15k's take the Toronto exit.
- Turn right at the top of the exit (Palmers Road) and travel towards Freemans Waterhole.
- After approx 3.5k's turn left at roundabout and reset your trip meter.
- Drive for 1.9km and turn left into hidden track 20m past yellow road curve warning sign. Track is immediately after the white post right after the yellow sign. If you have reached the top of the small hill about 200m later you have gone too far!
- Follow track for about 700m and you're there!

Directions from the West:

- Drive along New England Hwy until you get to Maitland.
- Continue until you reach the sign F3 Freeway to Sydney and take that exit.
- Follow the Newcastle directions.
